Appointment of Members of the National Prosecuting Authority Board

IT is hereby notified that the Minister has, in terms of section 5 of the National Prosecuting Authority Act [Chapter 7:20] (No. 5 of 2014) appointed the members listed in Part II of the Schedule to be members of the National Prosecuting Authority Board, for a period of five years, with effect from the date of publication of this general notice.
