A Fund to be called the Lands Compensation Fund is hereby established in terms of section 18 of the Public Finance Management Act (Chapter 22:79). The purpose of the Fund is to provide resources for the payment of compensation to former farm owners whose farms were acquired by the State under the Land Reform Programme and to enhance productivity on allocated land, The Fund shall be administered by the Secretary responsible for Lands and Rural Resettlement.

1.0 Establishment and Title of the Fund
A Fund to be called the Lands Compensation Fund (herein after referred to as "the Fund') is hereby established in terms of section 18 of the Public Finance Management Act [Chapter 22:19]

2.0 Purpose of the Fund
2.I The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide resources for the payment of compensation to former farm owners whose farms were acquired by the State and to enhance productivity on allocated land.
