To amend the Rural District Councils Act [Chapter 29:13], and the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15]; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing. ENACTED by the Parliament and the President of Zimbabwe. This Act may be cited as the Local Government Laws Amendment Act, 2016.
