IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the President, has in terms of section 22 of the Radiation Protection Act [Chapter 15:15], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Protection (Safety and Security of Radiation Sources) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (No. 5).
2. The Radiation Protection (Safety and Security of Radiation Sources) Regulations, 2011, published in Statutory Instrument 62 of 2011(hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations) are amended by the insertion after section 35 of the following sections—
