SI 2022-017 Petroleum (Mandatory Blending of Anhydrous Ethanol with Unleaded Petrol) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 (No. 5)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Energy and Power Development after consultation with the Authority has, in terms of section 57(1) of the Petroleum Act [Chapter 13:22], made the following regulations:—

SI 2022-014 Collective Bargaining Agreement - Agricultural Industry - Sugarcane Sector

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the collective bargaining agreement set out in the Schedule which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 116 of 2014, registered in terms of section 79 of the Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2022-012 Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order, 2022 (No. 39)

WHEREAS Zimbabwe is still in the midst of the fourth wave of the COVID-19 disease caused by the recent emergence of the Omicron variant of that disease;
AND WHEREAS the Level Two lockdown and the following measures are to be put in place for a further period of fourteen days subject to review at the end thereof:

SI 2022-011 Customs and Excise (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 (No. 107)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 235, as read with section 120, of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 (No. 107).

SI 2022-005 Collective Bargaining Agreement - Agricultural Industry - Sugarcane Sector

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule which was registered in terms of section 79 of the Act [Chapter 28:01].
