SI 2019 -84 Public Finance Management (Prescription of Accounting Officers and Receivers of Revenue) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 1)

Public Finance Management (Prescription of Accounting Officers and Receivers of Revenue) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 1) IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 92 as read with section 10(1) of the Public Finance Management Act [Chapter 22:19], made the following regulations:—

SI 2019-73 Collective Bargaining Agreement: National Employment Council for the Banking Undertaking

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour
and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80 of the Labour Act
[Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement
set out in Schedule, which further amends the principal agreement
published in Statutory Instrument 273 of 2000, and was registered
in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].
 

SI 2019-72 Customs and Excise (Fuel Supplied to Approved Beneficiaries) (Refund) Regulations, 2019

These regulations, only gazetted on 22nd March 2019, provide for a refund of excise duty on fuel supplied to four classes of customers:  They give effect to a Government undertaking given in reaction to fears of generalised price increases following the massive fuel price increases that became effective on 13th January 2019. 

SI 2019-056 Suppression of Foreign and International Terrorism - Regulations to Implement UN Security Resolutions

WHEREAS Zimbabwe is a member of the United Nations and
in pursuit of its commitment to International Peace and Security as
enunciated under the Charter of the United Nations, has enacted the
Suppression of Foreign and International Terrorism Act [Chapter
11:21] (No. 5 of 2007), which authorises the Minister to make
regulations for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the
Act and the relevant United Nations Security Council Resolutions;

SI 2017-023 Collective Bargaining Agreement: Construction Industry (Skilled Workers, Approved Classes of Workers and Graded Workers)

lT is hereby notified that, in terms of section 80 of Labour
Act [Chapter 28:01], the Minister hereby publishes the Collective
Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule which has been registered
in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2019-040 Collective Bargaining Agreement: Brickmaking and Clay Products Industry

IT is hereby notified, in terms of section 80 of the Labour Act
[Chapter 28:01], that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social
Welfare has approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining
Agreement set out in the Schedule which further amends the agreement
published in Statutory Instrument 13 of 2006, registered in terms of
section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2019-041 Public Accountants and Auditors (Prescription of International Standards) Regulations, 2019

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic
Development has, in terms of section 44(3) of the Public Accountants
and Auditors Act [Chapter 27:12] (hereinafter called the Act),
approved the following regulations made by the Public Accountants
and Auditors Board:—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Accountants
and Auditors (Prescription of International Standards) Regulations,
2019.
