SI 2017-78 - Health Institutions Registration Fees

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health and Child Care, in terms of section 145 of the Health Professions Act [Chapter 27:19], has approved the following regulations made by the Health Professions Authority:-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Health Professions (Registration and Fees of Health Institutions) Regulations, 2017.
2. The fees payable for registration of an institution shall be as prescribed in the First Schedule.
3. The annual fees shall be as prescribed in the Second Schedule.

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in tenns of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement as set out in the Schedule, which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instmment 116 of 2014. This agreement was registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

This agreement was registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule, which fmther amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 116 of 2014. This agreement was registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].
