THE Minister of Health, in terms of section 8(1) of the Public Health (COVID- 19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) Regulations, 2020 (published as Statutory Instrument 77 of 2020), and in consultation with the President, makes the following order:‒

SI 2020-183 Collective Bargaining Agreement - Agricultural Industry (Horticulture Sector)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 116 of 2014, registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2020-182 Collective Bargaining Agreement - Cotton Industry, 2020

IT is hereby notified that, in terms of section 80 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], in a collective bargaining session conducted between the Employers’ Association for the Cotton Industry and the Cotton Marketing Workers Union, the following was agreed and adopted—
1. Statutory Instrument 140 of 2020, is hereby amended by the deletion of the whole section 1 and substitution with the following—

SI 2020-180 Collective Bargaining Agreement - Agricultural Industry (Timber Sector)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 116 of 2014, registered in terms of section 79 of the Act [Chapter 28:01].
