THIS ACT WAS REPEALED BY THE
ZIMBABWE INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACT [CHAPTER 14:37] [
ACT 10/2019] [link]
with effect from 7th February 2020.
 

To provide for the implementation of joint venture agreements between contracting authorities and counterparties; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing. This Act was gazetted on 12th February 2016. The Act will come into operation on a date to be proclaimed by the President in a Statutory Instrument.
