THE public is hereby notified, in terms of section 39(7)(a) of th,e Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13], that Josephine Shava, a registered voter in Ward 14 of Kadoma Municipality, of 4232 Ngezi, Kadoma, Mashonaland West province, who was nominated by the Zimbabwe African National Union Patriotic Front [ZANU-PF] party to fill the vacancy in the party-list members of the National Assembly that occurred following the death of Joan Tsogorani, has been appointed as a party-list member of the National Assembly with effect from the date of publication of this notice..
