Supreme Court and High Court Calender 2016

IT is hereby notified that the Chief Justice, in terms of section 27 of the Supreme Court Act [Chapter 7:13], and section 47 of the High Court Act [Chapter 7:06] repealed the notice published in General Notice 372 of 2015, and the following is substituted—
The Supreme Court shall sit at Harare as a permanent court and at Bulawayo as a circuit court at the dates specified in the Schedule.
The High Court shall sit at Harare, Bulawayo and Masvingo as a permanent court at the places and dates sped tied in the Schedule, and as a circuit court at the places and dates specified in the Schedule.
