IT is hereby notified that the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule, which replaces the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 322 of 1996 has been registered in terms ofsection 101 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

(MISCELLANEOUS AND CIGARETTE ANTI TOBACCO
MANUFACTURING) INDUSTRIES
This agreement, to be known as the "Tobacco Industry Code of Conduct", has been made and entered into in terms of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:0 I] between the Employers' Associations of the Tobacco (Miscellaneous) Industry, the Cigarette and Tobacco Manufacturing and Grading Industry of the one part, and the Zimbabwe Tobacco Industrial Workers' Union, of the other part, being parties to the National Employment Council for the Tobacco Industry.
