To amend the High Court Act [Chapter 7:061, the Magistrates Court Act [Chapter 7: I 0]; and the Small Claims Court Act [Chapter 7: 12]; and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. ENACTED by the Parliament and the President of Zimbabwe. This Act may be cited as the Judicial Laws Amendment (Ease of Settling Commercial and Other Disputes) Act, 2017.
