This bulletin supplements Bill Watch 5/2018 dated 17th March [“Indigenisation Act Amendments Now Law”].

Apology

Veritas apologises to those readers of Bill Watch 5/2018 who were inconvenienced by a faulty link to the Finance Act, 2018, section 42 of which contains the extensive amendments to the Indigenous and Economic Empowerment Act outlined in the bulletin.
