ZHOU J: This is an application for an order compelling the first and second respondents to cause an external audit of the first respondent’s books of account for the period 2004 to 2015 to be undertaken within twenty-one days of the date of the order, and for the audit be carried out by one of three firms specified in the draft order. The draft order further seeks relief to the effect that once the audit report has been prepared the first and second respondents should make such report accessible to all the members of the first respondent. Finally, the applicants seek an order of costs against the respondents on the attorney-client scale. The application is opposed by the respondents.

The factual basis upon which the above relief is sought is as follows.  The two applicants are members of the first respondent which is a church organization. The first applicant also alleges
