1. These heads of arguments are filed in augmentation of the opposition filed by the 1st Respondent to the Applicants' application.

2. On the merits of the matter, Ist Respondent submits that Applicants have failed to establish the requirement for a final interdict that there must be an injury actually permitted or reasonably apprehended.
