To provide for the settlement of certain liabilities incurred by the Zimbabwe

Iron and Steel Company; and to provide for matters connected with or

incidental to the foregoing.

ENACTED by the Parliament and President of Zimbabwe.

PART I

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Zimbabwe Iron and Steel (Debt Assumption) Act,

2018.
