IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Energy and Power Development after consultation with the Authority has, in terms of section 57 of the Petroleum Act [Chapter 13:22] made the following

regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Petroleum Products Pricing) Regulations, 2019.
