IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, after consultation with the Minister of Health and Child Care has, in terms of section 161(g) of the Criminal Law Codifi cation and Reform Act [Chapter 9:23], made the following regulations:—
Title
1. These regulations may be cited as the Criminal Law Codification and Reform (Persons who may lawfully possess, deal in or use industrial Hemp) Regulations, 2019.
