IT is hereby notified that, the Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Science, Innovation and Technology Development and has in terms of section 6 of the Manpower Planning and Development Act [Chapter 28:02], established an Institute known as the Management Training Bureau.

PRELIMINARY
Title
1. These regulations may be cited as the Management Training Bureau Regulations, 2020.
Interpretation
2. In these regulations.
“Board” means the Management Training Bureau Board referred to in section 4;
“commercialisation” means to alter in order to raise revenue for self-suffi ciency, investment and expansion;
“curriculum” means a document produced by a body or institution showing—
(a) all the courses that are needed to attain a particular named standard or qualifi cation;
(b) the periods within which such courses are taken during the academic year of the body or institution;
