IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 225 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following notice: —
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Tariff) (Amendment) Notice, 2020 (No. 18).
(2) This notice shall be effective from 24th June, 2020.
- Part II of the Second Schedule of the Customs and Excise (Tariff) Notice, 2017, published in Statutory Instrument 53 of 2017, is amended by the repeal of the following—
