OPERATIONAL DIRECTIONS FOR THE COURTS DURING THE EXTENDED COVID-19 LEVEL IV NATIONAL LOCKDOWN
Amendment of Practice Direction 1 of 2021
1) Practice Direction 1 of 2021 is amended in paragraph 6, 21, 22 and 24 by the deletion of those paragraphs and substitution with the following:-
“Court Operations
6) With effect from 5 January 2021, the filing of new cases, process, documents, pleadings and papers shall be suspended for the period up to 15 February 2021.”
