IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Energy and Power Development, after consultation with the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority has, in terms of section 65 of the Electricity Act [Chapter 13:19], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 2).
2. The Electricity (Licensing) Regulations, 2008, published in Statutory Instrument 103 of 2008 (hereinafter referred as the principal regulations), are amended in section 2 by the insertion of the following definitions—
