NOTE THAT THIS STATUTORY INSTRUMENT REPEALS AND REPLACES SI 46/2021 OF 23 FEBRUARY 2021
IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Mines and Mining Development has, in terms of section 403 of the Mines and Minerals Act [Chapter 21:05], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 26).
2. The Second Schedule to the Mining (General) Regulations, 1977, published in Rhodesia Government Notice 247 of 1977, is hereby repealed and substituted by the following—
