IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Energy and Power Development has, in terms of section 6(1) of the Energy Regulatory Authority Act [Chapter 13:23], appointed the persons specified in the Schedule as members of the Energy Regulatory Authority Board, for a period of four (4) years with effect from May, 2021.
