IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs has, in terms of section 34(4) of the Supreme Court Act [Chapter 7:13], approved the following rules made by the Chief Justice:—
Title
1. These rules may be cited as the Supreme Court (Amendment) Rules, 2022 (No. 2).
2. The Supreme Court Rules, 2018, published in Statutory Instrument 84 of 2018 (hereinafter called the principal rules) are amended in rule 2(1) by the insertion of the following definitions and interpretations—
