IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development, after consultation with the Board, has in terms of section 79 as read with section 84(1) of the Civil Aviation Act [Chapter 13:16], made the following regulations:—
Title
1. These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Transfer of Assets and Liabilities to Airports Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited) Regulations, 2022.
2. These regulations shall come into effect on the date of publication.
3. The ninety-nine (99) year lease agreement given to the Authority in terms of section 4 of the Civil Aviation (Transfer of Assets and Liabilities of the Former Department of Civil Aviation) Regulations, 2003 running from 14th September, 2003, shall be retained by the Authority for the remainder of its life.
