THE public is hereby notified, in terms of section 39(4)(a) of the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13], of a vacancy that has occurred among the party-list members of the National Assembly following the death, on the 25th of February, 2022, of Ophar Ncube who was a member of the National Assembly for Bulawayo Metropolitan Province by virtue of section 124(1)(b) of the constitution.
