Protocol to the Constitutive Act of the African Union Relating to the Pan-African Parliament

This important Protocol was adopted by the Assembly of African Union Heads of State and Government at its Twenty-Third Ordinary Session held in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea on the 27th June 2014.

The Protocol was signed by President E.D. Mnangagwa on behalf of Zimbabwe on 21st March 2018.

The Parliament of Zimbabwe approved the Protocol by motions passed by the National Assembly and the Senate, respectively, on14th and 15th December 2022 [link]
