SI 2023-063 Civil Aviation (Search and Rescue) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 (No. 1)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development has, in terms of section 79 of the Civil Aviation Act [Chapter 13:16], made the following regulations:—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Search and Rescue) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 (No. 1).

2. Paragraph 3.1.2 of the Second Schedule to the Civil Aviation (Search and Rescue) Regulations, 2018, published in Statutory Instrument 252 of 2018, is amended by the addition of the following words after “units”, “and aircraft operators”.
