IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development has, in terms of section 79 of the Civil Aviation Act [Chapter 13:16], made the following regulations:—

Title

1. These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Guidance for Air Travel Through the COVID-19 Public Health Crisis) (Repeal) Regulations, 2023.

Repeal

2. The Civil Aviation (Guidance for Air Travel Through the COVID-19 Public Health Crisis) Regulations, 2020, published in Statutory Instrument 209 of 2020, are hereby repealed.
