Prosecutor General's Executive Summary

Since assuming my position as Prosecutor General of Zimbabwe on the 10th of October 2023, I have had the pleasure of working together with the hard-working members of the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe whose willingness to apply themselves to the cause of justice on a daily basis is deeply appreciated. At the beginning of my term as Prosecutor General, I refocused the NPAZ's ambition by putting in place systems to create a transparent, future-oriented, highly responsive, efficient and effective prosecuting authority that delivers timely and just results. Zimbabwe needs an NPAZ that is vibrant, forward looking and committed to combating crime and corruption through timeous prosecution of all forms of crimes at the speed of relevance.
