NOTICE is hereby given, for general information, that Statutory Instrument 14A of 2023, published on 22nd February, 2023, contained some errors. The statutory instrument is corrected as follows—

IT is hereby notified that the Minister has, in terms of section 280(5) of the Criminal Law (Codifi cation and Reform) Act [Chapter 9:23], made the following notice:—

1. This notice may be cited as the Criminal Law (Codifi cation and Reform) (Standard Scale of Fines) Notice, 2021.

2. The First Schedule to the Criminal Law (Codifi cation and Reform) Act [Chapter 9:23] is repealed and substituted by the following—

SI 2020-272 Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) (Standard Scale of Fines) Notice, 2020

IT is hereby notified that the Minister has, in terms of section 280 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act [Chapter 9:23], made the following notice:—

Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act [Chapter 9:23] updated to 2023

To consolidate and amend the criminal law of Zimbabwe; to amend the Interpretation Act [Chapter 1:01], the Burial and Cremation Act [Chapter 5:03], the Customary Marriages Act [Chapter 5:07], the Marriage Act [Chapter 5:11], the Magistrates Court Act [Chapter 7:10], and the Prisons Act [Chapter 7:11]; to repeal the Aircraft (Offences) Act and other Acts.
