2.0 OBJECTIVES OF THE ENQUIRY
2.1 The Committee sought to establish the extent to which Harare City Council had addressed audit observations made in the 2020 Auditor General’s Report by implementing recommendations made by the Auditor General. In addition, the Committee sought to establish why Harare City Council is operating without a proper accounting system.

Zimbabwe Independent Complaints Commission Bill - Joint Parliamentary Committee Report

This report, by a Joint Committee of the Portfolio Committees on Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs and Defence, Home Affairs and Security Services and the Thematic Committee on Peace and Security, was presented to the National Assembly on Thursday 5th August 2021.  Proceedings were then adjourned until 17th August 2021.
 

Pension and Provident Funds Bill - (1) Minister's 2nd Reading Speech and (2) Portfolio Committee Report

 

On Tuesday 11th May 2021the Second Reading Stage of this Bill eventually started in the National Assembly. Before adjourning, MPs heard:
