maintenance of a transparent, accountable, and independent judiciary and
provide administrative support to the judiciary for an efficient and effective
justice delivery system that inspires public trust and confidence in the rule of
law.

Preamble

Elections are the hallmark  of any democratic  process  because they afford citizens of  any  country an opportunity  to  choose  leaders  to  govern  them  and  provide legitimacy to   those  entrusted with   the   mandate   to   rule or govern.
