MINES AND MINERALS ACT [CHAPTER 2I:05]

Special Grant No. 4084: Matabeleland North Mining District

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Mines and Mining Developmen, with authorisation from the President, has, in terms of section 301 of the Mines and Minerals Act [Chapter 21:051, extended the tenure of Special Grant No. 4084 to Zambezi Gas Zimbabwe (Private) Limited for a period of twenty-five years with effect from 4th August, 2017 to 3rd Augusg 2042, inclusive.
