SI 2020-046 Companies and Other Business Entities (Pre-Formation and Post-Formation Formalities) Regulations, 2020

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs in consultation with the Companies Office has, in terms of section 300 of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act [Chapter 24:31], made the following regulations:—

This Bill was published in a Government Gazette dated 5th October 2018.

Note that it replaces the Bill of the same name published in March.
