Forest Amendment Act 4 of 2021

To provide for the amendment of the Forest Act [Chapter 19:05] and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.ENACTED by the Parliament and President of Zimbabwe as follows.

Health Service Act [Chapter 15:16] as at 1 June 2021

This Act, passed in 2004 as Act No. 28 of 2004 and coming into force on 25th January 2005, took those person engaged in public health service delivery out of the Public Service and constituted them as a separate Health Service under the administration of a new Health Service Board.

Education, Innovation, Research and Development Centre Act No. 3 of 2021

To provide for the establishment and function of the Centre for Education, Innovation Research, and Development; to provide for the management and regulation of education, innovation and Research and to provide for and matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.

ENACTED by the Parliament and the President of Zimbabwe.

Guardianship of Minors Act as at 1 Aug 2021

AN ACT to amend the law relating to the guardianship and custody of minors.

[Date of commencement: 30th June, 1961.]

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Guardianship of Minors Act [Chapter 5:08].

2 Interpretation

In this Act—

“clerk of a children’s court” and “children’s court” shall have the meanings, respectively, given to them by the Children’s Act [Chapter 5:06].
