To amend the Land Acquisition Act [Chapter 20:10]; to repeal Hippo Valley Agreement Act [Chapter 20:08]; to make certain declaratory provisions respecting the Land Reform Programme; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

AN ACT to empower the President and other authorities to acquire land and other immovable property compulsorily in certain circumstances; to make special provision for the compensation payable for agricultural land required for resettlement purposes; to provide for the establishment of the Derelict Land Board; to provide for the declaration and acquisition of derelict land; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

To make certain provisions that are consequential to the enactment of section 16B of the Constitution; to amend the Land Acquisition Act [Chapter 20:10]; to repeal the Rural Land Occupiers (Protection from Eviction) Act [Chapter 20:26] (No. 13 of 2001); and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

AN ACT to provide for the establishment of an Agricultural Land Settlement Board and to prescribe the functions and duties thereof; to provide for the settlement of persons on, and the alienation of, agricultural land; and to provide for matters incidental to and connected with the foregoing.

To amend the Labour Relations Act [Chapter 28:01], the Export Processing Zones Act [Chapter l4: 07] and the Public Service Act [Chapter 6:04] and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

AN ACT to declare and define the fundamental rights of employees; to define unfair labour prac-tices; to regulate conditions of employment and other related matters; to provide for the control of wages and salaries; to provide for the appointment and functions of workers committees; to provide for the formation, registration, certification and functions of trade unions, employers organizations, employment councils and employment boards; to regulate the negotiation, scope and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements; to provide for the establishment and functions of the Labour Relations Board and the Labour Relations Tribunal; to provide for the prevention of trade disputes, and unfair labour practices; to regulate and control collective job action; to regulate and control employment agencies; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

To provide for support measures for the further indigenisation of the economy; to provide for support measures for the economic empowerment of indigenous Zimbabweans; to provide for the establishment of the National Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Board and its functions and management; to provide for the establishment of the National Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Fund; to provide for the National Indigenisation and Empowerment Charter; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

AN ACT to consolidate and amend the law relating to the care, detention and after-care of persons who are mentally disordered or intellectually handicapped, whether for the purposes of treatment or otherwise; to provide for the establishment of various boards and the functions of such boards; to repeal the Mental Health Act [Chapter 15:06]; and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.

AN ACT to provide for the establishment of municipalities and towns and the administration of municipalities and towns by local boards, municipal and town councils; to provide for the conferring of town and city status on growth points, municipalities and towns; to provide for the declaration of local government areas and the administration of local government areas by local boards; to confer functions and powers and impose duties upon municipal and town councils and local boards; to provide for the establishment of the Local Government Board and to provide for the functions thereof; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
