NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 4 of the Vehicle Registration and Licensing Act [Chapter 13:14], that the Minister ofTransport, Communication and Infrastructural Development hereby designates officers of the Zimbabwe National Roads Administration (ZINARA), as designated registering officers for the purpose of the Act. Further, take notice that such designated registering officers shall issue vehicle licences, garage licences and exemptions provided for in terms of the Act in as far as they relate to licensing.
