IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 81(1) as read with section 81(5) of the Banking Act [Chapter 24:20] and in consultation with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, made the following regulations:—

SI 2021-063 Banking (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 7)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 81 of the Banking Act [Chapter 24:20] and in consultation with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as required by subsection (5) of that section, made the following regulations:—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Banking (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 7).

SI 2021-035 Banking (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 6)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 81 of the Banking Act [Chapter 22:24] and in consultation with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as required by subsection (5) of that section, made the following regulations:—

SI 2020-265 Banking (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (No. 5)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 81 of the Banking Act [Chapter 22:24] and in consultation with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as required by subsection (5) of that section, made the following regulations:—

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in Schedule.

SI 2020-137 Banking (Amendments) Regulations, 2020 (No. 4)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 81 of the Banking Act [Chapter 24:20] and in consultation with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as required by subsection (5) of that section, made the following regulations:—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Banking (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (No. 4).
