These rules were gazetted and came into force on 1st June 2018.   They can be downloaded below.

Amendments

As of 23rd April 2019 the rules have been amended once, by SI 89/2018 [link] with effect from 12th April 2019.   The amendments are to rules 30 and 33 and  affect the procedure to be followed by the Prosecutor-General when appealing to the Supreme Court against High Court judgments and sentences in criminal cases.
