IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs has, in terms of section 2 paragraph (h) of the defi nition of “peace officer” of the Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act [Chapter 9:07], made the following notice:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Criminal Procedure and Evidence (Designation of Peace Offi cers) (Amendment) Notice, 2019 (No. 3).
2. The Criminal Procedure and Evidence (Designation of Peace Officers) Notice, 1997, published in Statutory Instrument 227 of 1997, is amended by the insertion of item 11 after item 10 in the First Schedule—
“11. Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission Officers .........................All purposes.”.
