IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 89, as read with section 26A of the Insurance Act [Chapter 24:07], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Insurance (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 22).
2. Section 2 of the Insurance Regulations, 1989, published in Statutory Instrument 49 of 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal regulations”), is amended by the insertion of the following definitions—
