AN ACT to establish the Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council and to provide for the structure, functions and powers thereof; to provide for child spacing and fertility services in Zimbabwe and the promotion and implementation of primary
health care and other community-based development programmes relating to family health and for the integration and co-ordination of other relevant activities in Government departments; and to provide for matters incidental to, or connected with,
the foregoing.

1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council Act [Chapter 15:11].
