IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development has, in terms of section 59A of the Civil Aviation Act [Chapter 13:16], and after consultation with the Board, made the following notice:—
1. The notice may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Safety Surcharge) Notice, 2022.
