IT is hereby notified by the Chief Executive Officer of the Mutapa Investment Fund, that the person specified in Schedule 1, has been appointed as an additional member of COTTCO Holdings Limited Board for a period of four (4) years with effect from the 1st of April, 2025. The full board of COTTCO Holdings Limited now comprises of persons specified in Schedule 2.
